At SocialPitcher, we are dedicated to delivering top-notch design and digital marketing services to our clients. If you find yourself dissatisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a refund under specific conditions.
If you are on a monthly retainer and are not satisfied with our services, please notify us within the first 7 days. In such cases, you are eligible for a full refund.
If you have utilized our services for more than 7 days but less than 15 days within a month, you may request a partial refund, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
If you have used our services for 15 days or more within a month and decide you are not satisfied, no refunds will be issued for that month.
For one-time services, if you are not satisfied with the initial render, please notify us immediately. We will review your feedback and either revise the work or issue a refund.
Once the initial render is accepted and further work has commenced, no refunds will be provided.
To request a refund, please contact us at Contactus@socialpitcher.com, including your service details and the reason for your request.
We will assess your request and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, we will process it within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Services that have been fully rendered and accepted by the client are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be granted if you change your mind after the service has been rendered.
Services provided by third parties are subject to their respective refund policies.
